Miller's Crossing

Miller's Crossing is a 72-lot Santa Rosa Beach townhome project supported by a Walton County final development order, the developer's 72-lot project history, and a 72-position County address sequence on Crossing Lane. Because the current parcel service does not expose the child positions, the Atlas uses the official point for 25 Crossing Lane without making a parcel or title claim.

Location context

Miller's Crossing on the map

The map shows Miller's Crossing at Crossing Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.

Three sources define the 72-position scope

Walton County's October 2016 commission agenda identifies Miller's Crossing as final major-development-order project 16-00100090. The developer describes a 72-lot townhome project, while the County address family runs sequentially from position 0010 through 0720. This agreement supports the project total even though the current property-family endpoint does not return 72 separately mapped child parcels.

An address sequence is not a title roster

Crossing Lane rows include both assigned and unassigned administrative positions. They show the naming and numbering structure used by the County, but they do not establish which improvements exist, who owns them, whether they are occupied, or what legal interests attach. The guide therefore avoids describing the address series as a condominium declaration, recorded lot roster, or availability list.

Association and residence records corroborate identity

Florida's corporate registry lists Miller's Crossing Owner's Association, Inc., and an independent property page associates 25 Crossing Lane with Miller's Crossing. Those references connect the formal project evidence to a current street address. They provide no substitute for the governing instruments, budgets, insurance, architectural rules, maintenance matrix, or property-specific disclosures.

The chosen point is position 0030

County position 0030 is assigned to 25 Crossing Lane, and its official coordinate is the Atlas marker. That one well-documented location is preferable to drawing an unsupported shape from the address sequence. It is not a project entrance, lot centroid, road alignment, parcel corner, common facility, access opinion, or survey product.

Treat area inventory and project evidence separately

A current property review should reconcile its address and legal description with the development order, then examine title, survey, deed restrictions, association materials, permits, disclosures, inspections, insurance, rental rules, parking arrangements, and any remaining development obligations. The 72-position history alone cannot answer those questions.
