Location context

Adagio A on the map

The map shows Adagio A at 2421 West County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.

Adagio A Scope

Adagio A is a distinct Building A condominium scope within the larger Adagio development at 2421 West County Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Walton County's current legal descriptions expressly identify individual units as ADAGIO CONDO (BLDG A). The official Adagio site plan separately places Building A in the beach-facing A through C group, rather than the pool-facing D through G group.

A Building Letter That Matters

The letter is more than a sales shorthand. The county legal records use Building A in individual condominium descriptions, and the official site plan assigns A to the beach-facing building family. That supports one building-level guide. It does not make Building A a separate association, resort, subdivision, or replacement for the broader Adagio guide.

Beach-Facing, Not A View Guarantee

The official site plan says Buildings A, B, and C face the beach directly and carry four-bedroom plans. A particular home's floor, corner, balcony direction, landscaping, adjacent structures, interior condition, and current use still need direct verification. The page does not promise a Gulf view, beach access right, or a uniform plan for every unit.

County Condominium Evidence

Current County records show legal descriptions for Building A units, including A101 through upper-level identifiers. Each identifies condominium use and a fractional interest in common areas and appurtenances. The response supports the building identity; it is not converted into a final unit count, occupancy conclusion, association allocation, parking right, fee, insurance share, or title opinion.

One Address, Two Source Forms

The official site plan displays both 2441 and 2421 West County Highway 30A for the larger Adagio property. The Building A public property record and the parent guide use 2421, which this guide retains as building orientation. Any transaction should reconcile the unit number, legal description, recorded address, title commitment, and association documents instead of assuming one address form resolves every interest.

Point Only

It does not publish a building footprint, parcel outline, entrance, lobby, unit marker, common-element boundary, survey line, or beach geometry.

Development-Wide Listing Link

It is disabled in this guide and must be labeled as development-wide discovery. Current results cannot establish that a listing belongs to Building A without checking its unit designation and legal materials.

What To Verify

Before relying on a specific home, obtain its declaration and amendments, title, unit legal description, assessment and insurance information, rental and pet rules, parking and access documents, condition reports, permits, inspections, and current listing materials. This guide distinguishes Building A from the rest of Adagio; it does not transfer one home's rights or conditions to another.
