The County header expressly names Sanctuary by the Sea Condo and supplies its recording reference. Beneath that same root are 103 condominium-use records: 82 numbered units and 21 interests expressly labeled pool cabanas. The cabana records are condominium interests, not additional residences. This reconciliation preserves the complete legal family without turning service or accessory interests into a residential-unit count.

The County address response contains a mapped 1363 West County Highway 30A record labeled Sanctuary by the Sea. The current Florida corporate record for Sanctuary by the Sea Condominium Association, Inc. uses that same principal address. A second County address row at 1351 West County Highway 30A shares the root but does not identify the project, so the Atlas retains the expressly labeled 1363 point.

The Atlas uses the County project-address point only to orient a reader to the recorded project. It is not an entrance, building footprint, parcel centroid, boundary, shoreline, access route, survey point, or title conclusion. No polygon is published.

Florida records also contain a separately named Sanctuary by the Sea Homeowners Association. That name alone does not establish that it governs this recorded condominium, and it is not used as an alias or source for this guide. The County condominium root and the exact condominium-association name and address control the Atlas identity decision.

The reviewed owner search candidate was a fuzzy Grove by the Sea route, not a verified Sanctuary by the Sea destination. The Atlas leaves search disabled rather than present broader-area results as project inventory.
