Century Park West

Century Park West is a low-rise bayfront condominium at 3857 Indian Trail in west Destin. Its U-shaped, courtyard-and-pool setting belongs to the Choctawhatchee Bay and Indian Trail side of town, not the Gulf-front beach corridor.

Independent sources describe a five-story building dating to the 1970s, with a central courtyard pool and boat-dock or marina context. The building is also referred to in some records as Century Park Villas, but the address and physical identity are the same. That alternate name is retained as a search caution, not treated as a separate place.

Century Park West and the nearby Harbor Breeze neighborhood use closely adjacent Indian Trail geocodes. They are different entities: one is a condominium building and the other a detached-home subdivision. The Atlas keeps both records and treats any visual pin overlap as a coordinate-display QA issue rather than evidence that the places should be merged.
