The neighboring village adds restaurants, shops, entertainment, and marina-based excursions within the same waterfront district. That creates a practical tradeoff for someone comparing buildings: the appeal is immediate access to a busy harbor destination, while quiet, traffic, event activity, and walking routes should be evaluated in person rather than inferred from a listing headline.
