Poolside Villas

Poolside Villas is a small gated condominium at 300 Gulf Shore Drive at the far western tip of Holiday Isle near Norriego Point and the East Pass jetties. The three-story building sits behind the dunes, with Gulf views and a sandy community route toward the beach.

Sources describe thirty two-bedroom residences, white stucco, a steep blue metal roof, and the distinctive dune-side setting. It is a standalone building, not a phase of a larger named resort. The Atlas uses the 300 Gulf Shore Drive point as the building anchor.
