Walton County and Florida DBPR resolve both names to one project, not a neighborhood beside a separate condominium. The canonical public identity is Inspiration at Sandestin, a recorded condominium that also appears in Florida's timeshare registry.

Florida DBPR's current timeshare extract identifies Inspiration at Sandestin Condo as project PR1768 and file 1789 in Walton County. The project was approved September 21, 2004. Its row reports 650 timeshare weeks and seven units and names Inspiration at Sandestin Condo Association as the managing entity. The separate North Florida condominium extract has no second conventional project by this name.

The County subdivision layer returns one matching subdivision entry: Inspiration at Sandestin Condo and subdivision number 23-2S-21-42425. Its second legal line says timeshare units. That record supports one condo/timeshare identity. It does not describe the duration of an interest, reservation calendar, exchange rights, owner services, or whether a particular offering is a timeshare interest or a whole-unit interest.
