Location context

Misty Cove on the map

The map shows Misty Cove in its surrounding coastal context. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.

Two different units corroborate the Misty Cove identity

A Redfin record identifies Unit 208 in Misty Cove, while Holiday Isle Properties separately publishes a Misty Cove 113 rental in Miramar Beach. The independent unit numbers reduce the chance that the name belongs only to one marketed residence. Their individual layouts, furnishings, guest terms, features, availability, condition, and histories remain excluded from the project description.

Phase I context is retained without overreach

The reviewed County context includes Misty Cove Phase I. That wording may identify one recorded component, but it does not establish the complete project count, phase structure, current association scope, or relationship to every residence marketed as Misty Cove. A Phase I provider label cannot safely stand for other phases unless declarations and legal descriptions prove the equivalence.

The compact cluster supports only the point

The approved coordinate, 30.382347 and -86.384184, comes from a compact legal-description cluster corroborated by independent public references. It is not a unit, building entrance, footprint, parcel, parking area, common space, beach route, access right, survey coordinate, or project boundary. No CRS-derived context is converted into public geometry.

An exact-looking route still requires scope control

The owner route Misty Cove T/H Phase 1 passed a live semantic check, but the guide keeps it disabled because that phase-qualified filter may not represent the whole project. For a residence, trace the legal unit through its phase declaration, later amendments, association file, financial package, coverage evidence, structural reviews, leasing and animal provisions, assigned spaces, easements, permit history, seller statements, and on-site state.

Numbered residences do not establish a unit count

The appearances of 113 and 208 confirm more than one marketed interest but do not reveal a continuous numbering scheme, total residences, phase count, or current legal configuration.
