The social heart of Churchill Oaks is its bayfront clubhouse, roughly 8,000 square feet set on a point overlooking Choctawhatchee Bay. It is built for gathering. Three pools, including an infinity-edge pool that seems to spill toward the bay, anchor the outdoor space, alongside an outdoor bar for sunset evenings. Inside are a fitness room, a media room, a commercial-grade kitchen, and generous entertaining areas that host the community's social calendar. The Semberas' hand shows here too: the clubhouse functions as the town square of a small, close neighborhood, the place where new arrivals are welcomed and where boaters, families, and neighbors cross paths.
