Location context

Moores Landing on the map

The map shows Moores Landing at 108 S Blue Heron Drive, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.

The apostrophe does not create a second place

Walton County family 24-2S-21-42810 contains both Moores Landing and Moore's Landing wording and cites Plat Book 11, Page 48. Nothing in the reviewed evidence supports separate associations, plats, phases, or consumer destinations based solely on punctuation.

Blocks A and B define the recorded organization

The legal family includes Block A and Block B lot descriptions plus a common-area entry. Those features explain the two-block scope, but they do not supply a current count of houses, owners, occupied residences, rentals, association members, or available properties. The common-area row also does not prove a particular amenity or right.

South Blue Heron Drive is the consistent address clue

Public records at 26, 69, 93, 108, 136, and 164 South Blue Heron Drive independently use the subdivision name. That pattern distinguishes the community in search and map context. It cannot determine road responsibility, water access, shoreline ownership, dock use, parking, utility service, or whether an uncited nearby address is included.

The 108 South Blue Heron point is only a locator

Rather than invent a subdivision center, the Atlas retains the exact County service point for one documented address. It is not the entrance, center of either block, a lot centroid, a building location, a route, a survey control, or a plat boundary. Parcel-specific mapping should begin with the legal description and recorded survey evidence.

Water-oriented language needs recorded support

The landing and Blue Heron names do not themselves confer boating or water rights. A property review should examine title, plat, survey, easements, covenants, association materials, insurance, flood information, permits, disclosures, rentals, pets, parking, and written support for any dock, launch, shoreline, or access representation.
