Location context
Longleaf Park on the map
The map shows Longleaf Park at Longleaf Park, Watersound Origins, Inlet Beach, FL 32461. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.
Phase 1 Has An Exact County Identity
Walton County records name Watersound Origins Longleaf Park Phase 1, assign subdivision number 23-3S-18-16150, and reference Plat Book 24, page 47. County Technical Review Committee material independently uses the same Phase 1 plat identity. These references support the phase name without proving construction status or a residence count.
Phase 3 Is A Separate Recorded Header
County records name Longleaf Park - Phase 3 under number 23-3S-18-16200 and report a November 2025 recording in Plat Book 29, page 7. The guide keeps that identifier visible so a selected property can be reconciled to the correct phase rather than relying on the parent neighborhood name alone.
The Villas At Longleaf Park Is Excluded
The Villas carries a different County number, 23-3S-18-16160, and its own Plat Book 26, page 93 reference. The official Watersound Origins map and home-search interface also label it separately. Similar branding does not authorize combining that sub-neighborhood's property form, plans, rights, or obligations with Longleaf Park.
The Condo Label Does Not Survive Primary-Source Review
The official owner material treats Longleaf Park as a neighborhood within Watersound Origins, and the County records are subdivision headers. No reviewed state condominium record establishes a single building or condominium project under the source label. The condo-master row should therefore resolve to this community page as a classification duplicate.
A Contained Point Avoids A False Center
The two reviewed County phase geometries are disconnected, and their combined area centroid falls outside the union. The page uses a representative point that is contained by the complete live geometry instead. No boundary asset is published, and the point does not establish an entrance, homesite, street, private right, or navigational instruction.
Community Marketing Is Not A Property Warranty
Watersound Origins materials corroborate the Longleaf Park name and master-community setting. Current plans, prices, builders, events, trails, parks, and membership descriptions can change or depend on documents and eligibility. A buyer should obtain the exact contract, plat, title work, declaration, amendments, budgets, rules, and property disclosures before relying on them.
The Search Link Is Deliberately Disabled
The Santa Rosa Beach fallback is broader than the neighborhood and remains disabled. A current listing must be matched to the exact County subdivision number and legal description; a Watersound, Origins, or Longleaf marketing reference by itself is not enough.
