Spyglass Hill on the map

The map shows Spyglass Hill at N Deno Drive, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.

Overview

Spyglass Hill is a small Santa Rosa Beach residential project family. Current Walton County records identify six lots under the original Spyglass Hill plat and five lots under the separately recorded Spyglass Hill 2 plat. The generic Spyglass Hill source name is useful for discovery, but the two plat families remain distinct in this guide.

Two Recorded Name Families

The original Spyglass Hill records identify lots one through six in Plat Book 18, page 89. A separate County family identifies Spyglass Hill 2 lots one through five in Plat Book 20, page 3. Those records establish names and compact project scope; they do not combine the plats into one legal boundary, one association, or one set of rights.

N Deno Drive Context

The public record for 95 N Deno Drive uses the Spyglass Hill 2 name, independently connecting that address with the second plat family. It should not be treated as the destination or parking location for the other ten parcels. Directions and access for any selected home depend on its own street address and recorded interests.

Point-Only Orientation

The map marker averages vertices from all eleven Walton County parcel geometries carrying either Spyglass Hill or Spyglass Hill 2 in their descriptions. This provides one discovery point for the related names while leaving the two recorded plats distinct. Parcel edges, easements, flood data, improvements, and routes require the correct plat and a current survey.

Do Not Generalize Between Phases Or Homes

A residence in the six-lot original plat may not share the documents or obligations of a home in the five-lot Spyglass Hill 2 plat. Match the legal description to Plat Book 18, page 89, or Plat Book 20, page 3 before reviewing title, governing rules, survey, permits, inspection, insurance, and seller disclosures. That phase-specific check is also essential for parking, rentals, drainage, utilities, and maintenance questions.
