Quail Lake

Quail Lake is the original 12-lot Destin subdivision recorded by the City in 1988 and returned under its own current Okaloosa County record family. Quail Lake Townhomes and Quail Lake Office Park are separately recorded plats, so this point-only guide does not merge their records, amenities, association terms, or property rights into the original community.

Location context

Quail Lake on the map

The map shows Quail Lake at Quail Lake Boulevard, Destin, FL 32541. The map uses the best available point or outline for orientation, not as a legal survey.

The Original Recorded Plat

The City of Destin plat index lists Quail Lake as a subdivision recorded June 30, 1988 at Plat Book 11, Page 28. The City’s individual plat link provides the recorded-plan source for this original community.

Twelve Current County Lots

The exact County family `00-2S-22-4539` returns Lots 1 through 12 with Quail Lake wording. This establishes a current 12-record identity set, not a current inventory, occupancy census, or complete property condition review.

Assessment Labels Have Limits

All 12 returned records use the SINGLE FAMILY assessment label. That label does not prove occupancy, construction, condition, availability, rental use, permits, amenities, association terms, or any property right.

The Marker Is Orientation Only

The marker at 30.390971, -86.467421 falls inside the official County subdivision geometry for the original Quail Lake plat. It is a point-only orientation marker, not a home, entrance, parking place, boundary, shoreline, lake, survey coordinate, title finding, or access conclusion.

Quail Lake Townhomes Is Separate

The City lists Quail Lake Townhomes as a separate 2004 subdivision plat, and County records use a different subdivision ID and family. A townhome address that uses Quail Lake in a marketing project field does not merge that distinct plat into the 1988 original subdivision.

The Office Park Is Separate Too

The City and County also identify Quail Lake Office Park as a distinct recorded subdivision. It is excluded from this residential guide and does not expand the original lot count or create shared rights.

Address References Bridge The Original Name

Public references for 1213 and 1231 Quail Lake Boulevard identify their project or subdivision as Quail Lake and correspond to current Lots 1 and 10. Their prices, features, photos, views, and transaction terms remain address specific.

A Shared Street Name Is Not A Shared Rulebook

Quail Lake Boulevard appears in original-subdivision address references, while the separate townhome source also uses the broader Quail Lake wording. Street and marketing names alone do not establish a common association, membership, fees, maintenance, amenities, rentals, or property rights.

Lake And Amenity Questions Need Documents

The name does not establish lake, shoreline, fishing, swimming, dock, pool, trail, parking, road, beach, or other access rights. Review the applicable plat, declarations, easements, deeds, survey, title, and current rules for an address-specific question.

Documents Control

Use the legal description, recorded plat or survey, title, declarations, disclosures, budgets, insurance, permits, inspections, flood information, and current rules for a decision about a particular property.

Broad Search Is Not Inventory

The disabled Destin fallback is broad navigation only and is not an inventory, availability, or scope finding.

The Original Quail Lake Plat

Public records identify the original 1988 Quail Lake plat, its 12 current County lot records, two address-level links, separate similarly named plats, and the disclosed map point. They do not confirm a boundary, amenities, access, association terms, rentals, insurance, condition, or value.
