Seamist Townhome

Seamist is a useful example of why the Atlas keeps record layers separate. Walton header 532975 explicitly says SEAMIST TOWNHOMES UNRECD (7 UNITS). The exact legal-family query, however, currently returns six numbered townhouse parcels plus that header. Both observations are reported; neither is silently changed to make the counts look consistent.

The detailed rows identify Parcels 1 through 6 and repeat a one-sixth interest in common elements with Official Record 255 references. That pattern strongly supports a six-row legal set inside family 32-2S-21-42420. It does not explain the header's seventh unit statement, and the Atlas does not manufacture a missing parcel, suffix, or address.

The current address-family response contains eight service features because it includes administrative and duplicate-style address representations alongside residential rows. Three carry an assigned 1613 Scenic Gulf Drive form: a base address and Unit 3 on Parcel 3, plus a Unit 4 point under suffix 00A0. Technical feature count is therefore unsuitable as a unit total.

The street address is well supported for Parcel 3 and the separate Unit 4 service point, but the remaining exact family rows are unassigned in this response. The Atlas uses the location to place Seamist in Miramar Beach, not to state that every parcel shares one legal address, driveway, mailbox, parking space, or guest-arrival procedure.

The header references declarations, covenants, conditions, and restrictions, while the parcel text points to older Official Record entries. Those citations establish that recorded materials exist; they do not disclose their current content. Rental eligibility, pets, insurance responsibilities, upkeep, and common-element use must be confirmed from complete current documents and amendments for the residence under review.

Because the seven-versus-six difference remains open, the page releases only Walton's rounded header centroid and no unit geometry or project outline. The map does not choose a hypothetical seventh location.
