The Crest

The Crest is a compact Blue Mountain Beach residential community on the west side of the Scenic 30A corridor. Walton County's final-plat action identifies a nine-townhome project, and current local references use The Crest as a distinct community name.

The County's final-plat action for The Crest concerned nine townhomes near County Road 30A West and County Road 83 South. It establishes a narrow community identity, but not a complete current description of every home or a uniform feature list.

The Crest belongs in the Blue Mountain Beach part of the west 30A corridor, not a generic Santa Rosa Beach or Miramar Beach search. It is also separate from BeachCrest, a different condominium property elsewhere on 30A; compare the exact route, property, and recorded documents.

Planned or individual-home descriptions do not prove that every property has the same view, entry arrangement, beach relationship, pool, elevator, parking, or other feature. The Atlas therefore makes no community-wide amenity, access, association, rental, or condition claim.

The Atlas retains an orientation point and publishes no boundary or parcel outline. The current County boundary service did not return an exact The Crest header, so no County geometry is inferred. No compatible exact owner-search filter is available, so the guide does not use a broader area search as The Crest inventory.
