The County header identifies Serenity at Dune Allen as its own subdivision family. The public Lot 19 replat request independently uses the same community name and shows that later recorded activity can be parcel-specific. The guide therefore stays distinct from the wider Dune Allen area and does not treat one replat as the governing history for all Serenity properties.
